The New Song – The New Song Is Jesus Christ

Revelation 5:9 (NLT)                                                                                                            The New Song Is Jesus Christ                                                                                          And they sang a new song with these words:” You are worthy to take the scroll and break its seals and open it. For you were slaughtered, and your blood has ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation.                                                                                                                                          This Bible Verse has been used, and misused by a great number of Pastors and worship leaders to promote the production of new worship music. Sometimes the underlying reason for the push for new worship music is to bring new worshipers to an existing church, the seeker friendly type of church.                                                                                     Other times the reason for new worship music is to make a church look like it has moved on, to a higher form of worship, not stuck in the mud of old style worship music.              The most troubling reasons to produce new worship music, are when new worship music is promoted for personal monetary gain, or so that the musicians can gain fame or attention.                                                                                                                                            New worship music is not the problem, the reason for producing new worship music can be a problem, if The Glorification of The Gospel of Jesus Christ is not the foundation, and the only reason for the new worship music.                                            Isaiah 58:2 (NLT)                                                                                                          True And False Worship                                                                                                      Yet they act so pious! They come to the Temple every day and seem delighted to learn all about me. They act like a righteous nation that would never abandon the laws of its God. They ask me to take action on their behalf, pretending they want to be near me.                                                                                    We all have been given our own special personal voice to Praise and Thank Father God for The Glorious Loving Gift of, His Son Jesus Christ, wrapped in The promise of,  The Grace, Peace and Redemption that The Sinless Blood of The Lamb of God has Blessed you with.                                                                                                             Without this Blessing from Father God you would have to face His Judgment for your sins, and, —  The Eternal Fires of Hell!                                                                                Psalm 95:1-6                                                                                                                                 A Call To Praise And Obedience                                                                                    Come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. Let us come to him with thanksgiving. let us sing psalms of praise to him. For the LORD is a great God, a great King above all gods. He holds in his hands the depths of the earth and the mightiest mountains. The sea belongs to him, for he made it. His hands formed the dry land, too.
